Qualifications

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board is a must.
• Renal experience is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for those without renal experience.
• Centre operates on two shifts: Morning 7:00 am–3:00 pm, Afternoon 2:30 pm–10:30 pm, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).

• Recognise health condition changes and respond appropriately.
• Record and monitor patient vital signs.
• Work with nurse managers to deliver patient care and ensure accurate, legible nursing records.

Jobs Resposibilities :

• 1 ) Maintaining a high standard of care for all patients during their shifts.
• 2 ) Recognising a patient's health condition change and responding appropriately.
• 3 ) Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.
• 3 ) You will work closely with nurse managers to deliver patient care.
• 4 ) To ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress effectively, both verbally and in written form. Ensure that accurate, legible, and holistic nursing records are maintained according to policy guidelines and unit guidance.

Jobs Requirement :

• 1) Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board is a must.

• 4) Our Centre operate on two shifts (Morning: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Afternoon: 2.30 pm - 10.30 pm)
