Job summary

AKDC (TECK WHYE) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated staff nurse to join our renal nursing centre. You will maintain a high standard of patient care during shifts and work closely with the Nurse Manager and Senior Staff Nurse to deliver excellent outcomes.

The role requires SNB registration; renal experience is an advantage, with training provided for those without renal experience. You will work three shifts from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Renal nursing experience is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for those without renal experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high standard of care for all patients during shifts.
• Recognising a patient's health condition change and responding appropriately.
• Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.
• Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Senior Staff Nurse to deliver patient care.
• Ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress accurately and maintain nursing records per policy.

Our team is looking for a dedicated staff nurse who wants to join our company, which specialises in renal nursing.

Jobs Responsibilities :

1 ) Maintaining a high standard of care for all patients during their shifts.

2 ) Recognising a patient's health condition change and responding appropriately.

3 ) Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.

3 ) Work closely with the Nurse manager and Senior Staff Nurse to deliver patient care.

4 ) To ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress effectively, both verbally and in written form. Ensure that accurate, legible, and holistic nursing records are maintained according to policy guidelines and unit guidance.

Jobs Requirement :

1) Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board is a must.

2) With Renal experience is an advantage

3) Training will be provided for those without renal experience.

4) Our Centre operates on three shifts:

Morning : 7am - 3pm ,

Mid Shift: 10:30 am - 06:30pm,

Afternoon : 2:30pm - 10:30pm

from Monday to Saturday. (Sunday off day)
