Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Principle/Senior MTS SLT Product Development Engineer to define and drive SLT solutions for DCG.

You will lead cross-functional teams, balance quality and cost, and collaborate with global engineering groups to push the boundaries of data center and AI hardware. The role requires deep expertise in x86 CPU/GPU architectures, HBM memory, and system-level test strategies, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong technical, analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient understanding of x86 CPU and GPU architecture and functionality, HBM, and bus protocols (DDR, PCIe, USB).
• Experience driving SLT solutions to address technology development and KPI (test time, yield, cost, quality).

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop SLT solutions to meet milestones, cost and quality in system level area.
• Solve complex problems; lead changes to processes and methods; drive development and implementation.
• Conduct engineering evaluations to close production issues.
• Develop and architect SLT logging or data collection flow in manufacturing.
• Influence technical decisions impacting final product.
• Collaborate across architecture, design, and product/test engineering teams.
