Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking an experienced mobile engineering leader to own the architecture and delivery of our Android and iOS trading bot codebase. You will drive Kotlin and Swift to Rust migrations, modularization, and performance improvements to reduce crashes, ANRs, and startup delays across both platforms.

Experience leading large fintech projects on legacy-heavy code and mentoring engineers is essential. You will partner with product and business teams to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years shipping production Android or iOS apps at staff or principal level.
• Deep Kotlin plus multi-module architecture and binary compatibility knowledge.
• Platform performance work across ANR, crash, startup, and memory.
• Client-side trading or fintech background covering order placement and market data.
• Led mid to large projects end to end on a legacy-heavy codebase.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and delivery of the Android and iOS trading bot codebase.
• Lead the Kotlin and Swift to Rust migration plus modularization work.
• Cut crash, ANR, and startup performance hotspots across both surfaces.
• Shape the trading bot roadmap with product and business partners.
• Mentor engineers and raise the team engineering bar through review and training.
