Job summary

OKX is seeking a senior middleware architect to lead the design and optimization of microservice governance, RPC frameworks, and data middlewares. You will drive selection of scalable solutions and ensure high availability, security, and data consistency across distributed systems.

The role requires deep expertise in Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, Kafka, Redis, MySQL, and containerized environments, with a track record of large-scale projects and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Design and implement middleware architectures for scalable systems.
• Proven experience in microservice governance and RPC frameworks.
• Strong background in NoSQL/SQL databases and data storage optimization.
• Hands-on with cloud-native tools and container orchestration (K8s).
• Experience with distributed systems, messaging, and data consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize microservice governance, RPC frameworks, and data middlewares.
• Research and select middleware solutions to ensure high availability and security.
• Tune frameworks like Spring Boot/Spring Cloud for performance.
• Address distributed data consistency and efficient message queues.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and incident response of middleware.
