Job summary

HR Factors Personnel Pte. Ltd. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for laser modules and optical assemblies, with emphasis on optical alignment, bonding, soldering, and laser assembly.

You will support production, drive root-cause analysis, and manage equipment qualification. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering and has 5–10 years in photonics or related manufacturing fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in photonics or related manufacturing fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for laser modules, optical assemblies, and subsystems to improve yield, quality, throughput, and process capability
• Design and develop photonics devices and systems with a focus on DPSS nano-second pulsed laser technologies
• Provide hands-on technical support to production teams by resolving technical issues and driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Collaborate with design teams to assist in the development of optical systems and instrumentation production
• Manage qualification, maintenance, and calibration of production equipment, tooling, and fixtures to ensure consistent manufacturing performance
