• Lead development, review, and governance of global standards, specifications, and BKMs
• Drive standardization and alignment across the global network
• Lead complex problem analysis and resolution activities
• Benchmark internal engineering practices against industry standards and implement improvements
• Review and approve design packages, ensuring technical quality and compliance
• Provide technical leadership throughout design, construction, and commissioning phases
• Lead capacity planning, network analysis, and system optimization efforts
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partners for successful project execution
• Lead global facilities programs and initiatives, including planning and execution strategies
• Drive sustainability initiatives across energy, water, emissions, and infrastructure design
• Integrate lessons learned into global standards and engineering practices
