Qualifications

• PhD, MS, or BS with significant relevant experience in engineering or science.
• Strong foundation in thin film deposition and characterization; R&D readiness.
• DOE/SPC basics with data analysis and interpretation.
• Knowledge of plasma/vacuum systems and process-chemistry relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and characterize thin film processes (CVD) to meet targets.
• Design and execute experiments; analyze data; communicate results.
• Perform film characterization (SEM/TEM/XPS/SIMS/AFM) and correlate to outcomes.
• Support transfer to pilot lines; sustain process maturity and capability.
• Collaborate with Process Integration, Metrology, Yield, and Manufacturing.
