Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Engineer to drive NAND product development and lead AI-driven data workflows.

You will collaborate with business units, fabrication, testing, QA, and supply chain to ensure timely qualification of NAND components and their integration into SSD platforms. Qualifications

• PhD or Masters with ≥3 years, or Bachelor's with ≥5 years in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor NAND product development.
• Experience developing agentic AI solutions using modern platforms.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate NAND requirements with business units and SSD leads; translate into qualification specs.
• Develop AI workflow solutions to automate data extraction and analysis for NAND specs.
• Integrate NAND engineering with Tech Development and Design teams for memory in SSDs.
• Collaborate across Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Fabrication, Test and QA teams.
• Create AI-embedded workflows and a NAND Program Management system for priorities and actions.
• Represent Product Engineering in reviews; lead cross-functional meetings on NAND components.
• Organize NAND capability data reviews to drive system development progress.
• Troubleshoot NAND-system interactions and guide the team to issue resolution.
