Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a highly qualified engineer to develop and optimize unit wet processes for advanced NAND technologies, while driving process margin improvements and manufacturability validation for next‑node solutions.

You will join cross‑functional teams to integrate processes, participate in technology choices for upcoming nodes, and identify disruptive processes early for viable paths forward.

Competenze

• DOE / SPC and data analysis systems (e.g., Y3) to analyze experimental outcomes.
• Working knowledge of memory process flow (planar + vertical NAND context).

Mansioni

• Develop and optimize unit wet processes to meet yield and quality requirements of advanced NAND part types.
• Quantify benefits of innovative process and/or equipment solutions to enable early experimentation and adoption for process margin improvement.
• Initiate and manage experiments to widen process margins and validate manufacturability of next-node solutions.
• Integrate and troubleshoot processes as part of cross-functional teams driving yield and quality improvement.
