Job summary

ARGYLL SCOTT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced SSO IDM Production L2 Engineer to supervise and maintain production authentication systems.

The role focuses on platform availability, incident and problem management, troubleshooting, and controlled production changes. You will work closely with development and infrastructure teams, support LDAP, SAML, OAuth as needed, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in production support, IT security, IAM, or SSO environments.
• Hands-on experience with CA SiteMinder Web SSO and identity provisioning tools such as BMC Control-SA, SailPoint, or ForgeRock.
• Strong knowledge of LDAP, SAML, Kerberos, SSL/TLS, PKI, and authentication protocols.
• Experience supporting web technologies such as Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, or IIS.
• Scripting or automation experience using Python, shell, or Ansible.
• Strong incident management, troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to participate in on-call and out-of-hours production support.
• Desirable: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, API security, Apigee, SQL, and ITIL knowledge.

Responsibilities
