Job summary

Maltem Asia is seeking an L2 Production Support Engineer for an i-Banking client in APAC. The role focuses on production security platforms, SSO IDM services, and cross-region delivery, including incident response, platform maintenance, and change management.

The ideal candidate has strong SSO, IAM experience, and hands-on with tools like Sailpoint, Forgerock, and BMC ControlSA. Work model involves on-site presence in Singapore with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of SSO and directory services.
• Experience with provisioning tools (BMC ControlSA, Sailpoint, Forgerock).

Responsibilities

• Platform support and maintenance of production environments across presentation, application, and infrastructure layers.
• Incident, problem, and change management with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support.
• Collaborate to optimize performance, capacity, and design challenges.
