Job summary

Apple is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to work with application teams and skilled engineers to automate operations, optimize infrastructure, and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on reliability, scalability, and high performance of systems.

The candidate will build and maintain CI pipelines, automate build and deployment processes, and design new software to streamline manual operations for developers.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, or an Infrastructure-focused role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms, software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of fundamentals of networks, databases, system administration.
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Web technologies or ML is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
