Job summary

Qorvo in Singapore seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in LWC and Aura. You will tackle complex challenges across Salesforce cloud platforms, programmatic development, declarative design, and system integrations, driving solutioning, scoping, and hands-on implementation.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
• Experience implementing Salesforce CRM in semiconductor industry
• Strong SQL knowledge and data handling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred

Job Summary

You are a seasoned Salesforce developer with deep expertise and hands-on experience in LWC and Aura, adept at tackling complex challenges within the Salesforce ecosystem. As a Senior developer, you possess advanced knowledge across Salesforce's technical landscape, including its various cloud platforms, programmatic development, declarative design, and system integrations. You are driven by a passion for solutioning, problem scoping, and leading the execution of hands-on technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of CRM functional and technical solutions based on Salesforce best practises.
• Assist business partners with creating requirements, identifying gaps, and formulating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders and development and admin team to translate requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions that leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform.
• Lead/Join technical design sessions, documenting solutions that align with the business goals, while providing expert guidance on technical decisions and best practices.
• Support the integration of the next gen systems with the existing Business Application ecosystem (SAP, Custom .NET applications, SQL server data warehouse etc.).
• Work with management, Project Managers, Business Users and development team to scope work and schedule estimates.
• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including:
  • Developing custom solutions and integrations tailored to business needs
  • Offering hands-on, expert-level support to developers in resolving technical challenges
  • Designing and overseeing the execution of test plans to ensure high-quality solutions
  • Demonstrating technical thought leadership in all aspects of Salesforce architecture
  • Applying advanced Apex programming expertise, including core design patterns, bulk processing, trigger management, asynchronous operations, integration patterns, and efficient unit testing
  • Utilizing advanced front-end programming skills in LWC, Aura, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or related field is required with at least 5 years of experience in implementation and support of Salesforce.com solutions
• Experience in implementing CRM solutions for Semiconductor industry
• Good understanding of Channel Management functions such as Ship and Debit
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with SQL queries/procedures is preferred.
• Experience working with analytics solutions such as Power BI, Tableau is preferred
