Job summary

Qorvo in Singapore seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in LWC and Aura. You will tackle complex challenges across Salesforce cloud platforms, programmatic development, declarative design, and system integrations, driving solutioning, scoping, and hands-on implementation.

You will lead CRM design, translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with stakeholders and teams, and oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementations including Apex and front-end

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
• Experience implementing Salesforce CRM in semiconductor industry
• Strong SQL knowledge and data handling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of CRM solutions based on Salesforce best practices
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders
• Collaborate with development and admin teams to build scalable Salesforce solutions
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions and decisions
• Oversee integrations with SAP, .NET apps, and data warehouse systems
• Guide end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementations including testing and governance
• Demonstrate advanced Salesforce architecture and coding patterns (Apex, LWC, Aura)
