ARASAN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable maintenance supervisor to lead a team of technicians. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

The role demands hands-on leadership, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with AutoCAD. A relevant diploma or degree is preferred, and forklift certification is advantageous.

Formación

• At least 4 years of supervisory and hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and systems.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team of technicians effectively.
• Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, service, and maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform on-site and in-house control, servicing, and repair tasks.
• Apply AutoCAD knowledge to support maintenance and repair activities.
• Conduct maintenance services including chemical treatment and overhaul treatment.
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain system functionality.
• Test and commission equipment to verify performance and safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to achieve efficient work execution.
