Job summary

TSTAR Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sr Physiotherapist for Home Therapy and Day Rehabilitation Centre in Singapore. You will assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and deliver therapy in home-based and community settings.

Applicants must hold a AHPC- recognised Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy with full AHPC registration, and be able to work independently. Competitive salary up to SGD 3,000 plus AWS and VB. Prior rehabilitation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy recognised by AHPC.
• Full professional registration with AHPC.
• Experience in physiotherapy including independent assessment and intervention planning.
• Ability to work independently in home-based or community care settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and use outcome tools to evaluate status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide physiotherapy treatment in home-based care settings.
• Educate caregivers on exercises and equipment use.
• Assist discharge planning and coordinate referrals to other services.
• Participate in monthly home therapy meetings and interdisciplinary discussions.
• Conduct in-service trainings and CPD activities.
• Maintain clinical documentation and support administrative duties.

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Sr Physiotherapist:

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient assessments and utilise appropriate outcome measurement tools to evaluate functional status and therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans and rehabilitation goals tailored to each patient's condition and progress.
• Provide physiotherapy treatment and intervention in home-based care settings.
• Educate and train caregivers on patient care techniques, exercises, and use of prescribed equipment.
• Support discharge planning and coordinate referrals to other healthcare or community services where necessary.
• Participate in monthly home therapy meetings and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Conduct therapy in-service training sessions and attend departmental training programmes for continuous professional development.
• Maintain proper clinical documentation and support administrative duties related to patient care and therapy services.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Ministry of Health Singapore.
• Full professional registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• Relevant experience in physiotherapy practice, including independent assessment and intervention planning.
• Ability to work independently in home-based or community care settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient management skills.
• Ability to develop individualised rehabilitation plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Organised, compassionate, and committed to delivering quality patient care.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 +AWS+VB (1 Month)
• Working Location:Simei
• Working Hours:5 Days Work, 8am - 5:45pm
