SASCO SENIOR CITIZENS' HOME is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to deliver client-centred therapy in home and community settings across Singapore. The role offers a permanent position with benefits and opportunities to work in both East and West locations.

You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, balance, endurance, and independence while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and supervising therapy assistants.

Formación

• Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Fully Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Participate in client case conferences, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants.
• Participate in clinical student placement.
• Participate in internal training.
• Provide service to various settings (e.g. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent

Educación

Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy

Fully Registered with Allied Health Professions Council (Singapore)

Job purpose
