Job summary

pacific medical recruitment & consultancy pte. ltd. seeks an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, client-centred care based on best practices.

You will lead clinical work, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care. The role requires strong clinical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, proactive and compassionate approach, and being Fully Registered AHPC in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Physiotherapy.
• Fully registered with AHPC (Singapore).
• Strong clinical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring or supervising healthcare staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and provide individualized physiotherapy treatment based on their needs and goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and self-management.
• Recommend and train clients in the use of assistive devices and rehabilitation equipment.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and discharge planning.
• Participate in clinical programs, audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Attend relevant training and continuing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and documentation requirements.
• Mentor and supervise Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, and students.
• Support team development, service improvement, and staff training.
