Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise supply-planning solutions in high-tech manufacturing.
• Hands-on with o9 mPower configuration, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Experience with enterprise datawarehouse data transformations and data quality.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply-planning solution reliability.
• Be main contact for business users on operational questions.
• Investigate supply-planning exceptions across data and configurations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable designs.
• Configure and troubleshoot o9 models, measures, dashboards.
• Support data integration between SAP, o9, and data platforms.
• Develop data pipelines using SQL and Python.
• Profile data quality and reconcile cross-system data.
• Support delivery through reviews, testing, deployment, and improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and business teams; maintain docs.
