Overview

We are looking for candidates to work in the rehabilitation settings, Centre for Advanced Rehabilitation Therapeutics (CART).

Responsibilities
  • Maintain consistent competency in area of expertise
  • Demonstrate professional accountability for all aspects of work (e.g., assess, evaluate, plan and treat a variety of disabilities for optimal care)
  • Develop and implement the individual care plan and treatment goals for the clients
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to review clients\' progress with other team members
  • Show interest in using suitable robotic aided technology to complement treatment in rehabilitation
  • Supervise or train Therapy Assistants (TAs) and caregivers in relevant areas
  • Provide clinical supervision for undergraduate OT students attached to our setting
  • Senior staff may take on leadership roles, drive improvements and service developments, and supervise junior staff

Qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy recognised by Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
