LEGO Group's APAC Finance team seeks an APAC FP&A Finance Manager to drive forecasting, reporting and governance across the APAC Market Group. You’ll lead regional financial estimates, own performance reporting and forecasting, and partner with senior stakeholders to turn insights into action.
Based in Singapore with a hybrid rhythm, you’ll work across Finance, Business Units and regional leaders to improve investment effectiveness and support deployment of new finance, sales and marketing
Just imagine turning APAC financial performance into clear decisions that improve investment effectiveness, forecasting accuracy and business outcomes. Then make it real.
As our APAC FP&A Finance Manager, you'll play a central role in measuring, reporting and shaping financial performance across the APAC Market Group. You'll lead the regional financial estimate process, own performance reporting and forecasting, and help drive the decisions behind a high-growth business. You'll work across Finance, Business Units and senior stakeholders to deliver insight, strengthen governance and support the deployment of new financial, sales and marketing tools.
If you've worked in a role where you owned forecasting processes, delivered executive reporting and partnered with senior stakeholders to improve business performance, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to translate financial results into meaningful action, improve effectiveness through analysis, and balance commercial insight with strong governance.
You’ll join APAC Finance, a team focused on planning, forecasting, performance insight, governance and strategic finance partnership. The team offers broad regional exposure and the opportunity to influence decisions across the APAC Market Group. You’ll work in a hybrid rhythm, spending three days each week in the Singapore Hub with Wednesdays dedicated to team connection and collaboration. We value analytical problem solving, constructive challenge and a continuous improvement mindset as we support one another and shape better ways of working.
Success means becoming a trusted partner who consistently delivers accurate forecasts, meaningful financial insights and high‑quality reporting. Over the next 12–18 months, you’ll help improve investment effectiveness, support the rollout of new tools, contribute to cross-functional projects and strengthen governance across the region. You’ll work closely with the APAC Senior Finance Director, Finance Business Partners, Business Units, and senior commercial and operational stakeholders to help shape the region’s financial future.
