Job summary

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg) seeks a Senior Engineer in Strategic Planning (Fixed Term) to coordinate with BD and internal teams, developing competitive technical and commercial proposals, and driving budget controls, cost forecasting, and procurement planning for gas and chemical equipment.

You will assess risks, ensure compliance with safety and company standards, prepare periodic budget performance reports, and build dashboards (Power BI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or other technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project management/cost control/strategic planning in industrial activities.
• Experience creating and managing dashboards for budget tracking, cost monitoring, and trend reporting.
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internally with BD and stakeholders to develop competitive proposals compliant with specifications and standards.
• Develop and implement project budget control strategies for specialty gas & chemical equipment.
• Support procurement planning and align PPP with budget allocations.
