Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. - FAB 3 seeks an experienced equipment professional to maintain and support 200mm etch machinery, ensuring high uptime and reliable performance across manufacturing lines.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and implement tool upgrades while analyzing charts and driving improvement projects. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems.
• Exposure or hands-on skills in preventive maintenance/corrective maintenance/troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support equipment readiness as an individual contributor or as directed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of 200mm etch equipment.
• Execute maintenance and tool support to ensure equipment readiness.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade equipment to minimize downtime.
• Analyze and monitor technical charts.
• Drive equipment improvement plans and projects.
• Ensure safety and custody of tools and equipment and follow EHS requirements.
• Collaborate with other projects as needed.

What You Will Do

• Maintain and support equipment readiness in capacity of an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently):


• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of 200mm etch equipment


• Execute maintenance and tool support ensuring equipment readiness


• Troubleshoot and upgrade of equipment ensuring minimize downtime


• Analyze and monitor technical charts


• Drive equipment improvement plans and projects


• Ensure and follow good safety practices and custody of tools, equipment and other properties


• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements


• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field


• At least 4 years of relevant experience


• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems


• Exposure or Hands-on skills in Preventive Maintenance/Corrective Maintenance/troubleshooting
