Job summary

National Healthcare Group Polyclinics is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to provide data support and insightful analysis across BI and EPIC databases. The role focuses on modelling, dashboards, and data integrity to empower decision making across departments.

You will gather requirements, enhance BI systems, and present findings to staff at multiple levels while coaching teammates in data-driven reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Science (Economics), Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in business analytics in a healthcare setting or equivalent.
• Experience with Data modelling and programming tools such as SQL, AWS SageMaker.
• Statistical analysis and predictive analytics.
• Geo-spatial analytics will be advantages.
• Dashboarding tools such as Tableau will be advantages.

Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide data support, report generation and analysis to business users from BI and EPIC databases.
2. Participate in the requirement gathering and enhancements of the Business Information (BI) systems.
3. Extract, review and analyze business information which can include operational data, finance information and patient clinical outcomes.
4. Present and discuss the results and findings to different levels of staff from time to time.
5. Implement and maintain the management dashboard comprising management reports and operational data.
6. Manage and maintain NHGP’s business information system to ensure data integrity.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Other adhoc duties may include minute taking and acting as secretariat to task forces, committees and management meetings.
2. May also participate in quality improvement projects.
3. Participate in knowledge management projects.
4. Management of information and reports presented on the intranet.
5. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by reporting officer or head of department.
