Job summary

Singapore Swimming Club is hiring a Security Officer to keep our premises safe, welcoming, and efficient for members, guests, and colleagues. You will deliver security services, manage access, and support daily operations with a professional, courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities include patrolling the club, handling incidents, and coordinating with supervisors on shift coverage. A valid security licence and WSQ RTT are mandatory, with additional CERT and First Aid training viewed as an

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education with at least 2 years of relevant security experience.
• Valid Security Licence and completed WSQ RTT (mandatory).
• Comfortable with desk duties and basic computer use.
• Prior training in CERT and First Aid (AED) will be an advantage.
• A positive attitude and good service skills.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, night duties, including weekends and public holidays.

• Ensure members, guests, and staff comply with Club Rules and Policies.
• Manage access control at main entrances and other key duty points.
• Provide warm, professional customer service to all members, guests, and visitors.
• Conduct staff and membership checks when required.
• Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies (e.g. fire alarms, first aid situations).
• Patrol Club premises and reports any irregularities or safety concerns.
• Monitor and maintain smooth traffic flow within car parks and driveway areas.
• Record and update all incidents in the security occurrence book.
• Work closely with your team and support supervisors in daily operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management to ensure the safety and smooth running of the Club.
