Job summary

Cuesports Singapore invites a results-driven leader to oversee the organisation’s growth, governance, and day-to-day operations in Singapore. The role focuses on developing cuesport programs, expanding sponsorship, managing budgets, and fostering partnerships with regional and international bodies.

The successful candidate will oversee staff, board reporting, and compliance while guiding public relations and strategic initiatives to raise the sport’s profile and revenue streams.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in administration or sports management or related disciplines.
• Demonstrate knowledge in planning and possess good organisation skills.
• Strong communicator in both written and oral English.
• Good interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
• Experience in IPC is a valuable consideration.

Responsibilities

• Drive sports development by engaging affiliate members and athletes.
• Diversify revenue streams and attract sponsors through strategic planning.
• Oversee secretariat operations, HR, and staff development.
• Support CS Board with governance, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sport SG and international partners; prepare reports and KPIs.
• Lead finance and compliance, budgeting, and IPC-related applications.
• Maintain liaison with Sport SG, IAAF/AAA, and international relations.
• Oversee public relations, press releases, events calendar, and online presence.
• Ensure ethical governance, asset management, and building maintenance.
• Manage CS assets and CSA facilities.
