Job summary

PeopleSolve, a subsidiary of Raffles Medical Group, seeks a Speech Therapist to join our Singapore team. You will ensure accurate patient documentation, records reflecting treatment, and adherence to standards while diagnosing and treating swallowing, speech and cognitive communication impairments.

You will formulate treatment plans, work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, support program initiatives, and engage in clinical education and quality improvement activities to

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a speech therapist.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document patient records with full accuracy.
• Formulate appropriate treatment plans and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide quality care for patients.
• Implement initiatives and programmes that aim to provide quality patient care, deliver clinical education and engage in quality improvement and research activities.
• Communicate and make recommendations to all relevant disciplines of staff to maximize patient care.

Your Role

• As a Speech Therapist with PeopleSolve, a subsidiary of Raffles Medical Group, you will ensure patient documentation, records, and accurate data to reflect treatment provided and satisfy standards. Your role involves diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with swallowing, speech and cognitive communication impairments.
• Document patient records with full accuracy.

• Implementation of initiatives and programmes that aim to provide quality patient care, deliver clinical education and engage in quality improvement and research activities.

Your Experience

• Graduate with a Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a speech therapist.
• Track record in supporting patients and helping others to improve their health.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good proficiency in the English language (speaking and writing); other languages are a plus.
