Job summary

PeopleSolve Pte Ltd is recruiting for a lead rehabilitation role in Singapore’s public healthcare settings. You will assess residents, develop and implement focused physiotherapy or occupational therapy programmes to enhance mobility and daily functioning.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will drive care plans, provide supervision to Therapy Assistants, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. A strong background in eldercare and bidirectional communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
• Registered with the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare or eldercare settings.

What We Are Looking For
