Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect for Amazon Connect, Applied AI Solutions to craft scalable cloud architectures and guide customers through complex challenges in APJ.

As part of the APJ CXE Specialist Solution Architecture team, you will influence feature roadmaps, develop reference architectures, and deliver enablement materials for field teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Cloud Technology Certification or Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to domain aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers’ largest and most critical business challenges.
• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re: Invent, etc.
• Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best in class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
• Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population, to help them understand how to integrate Amazon Web Services solutions into customer architectures.

About the team

The APJ CXE Specialist Solution Architecture team is a diverse group of architects located throughout Asia, Pacific and Japan. The team develops Contact Centre architectures and solutions using Amazon Connect for our customers. Specialist SAs play a critical role in capturing customer feedback, advocating for roadmap enhancements, and anticipating customer requirements as they work backwards from their needs. As domain experts, SSAs also participate in field engagement and enablement, producing content such as whitepapers, blogs, and workshops for customers, partners, and the AWS Technical Field.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering), or Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of AWS services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with end user or developer communities
• Experience with AI/ML technologies
• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
