Job summary

Royce Dental Group in Singapore is seeking a capable Dental Assistant to support specialists in endodontics, orthodontics and prosthodontics. You will prepare, sterilize, and manage instruments, maintain infection control, and ensure patient comfort throughout procedures.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and leadership to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, assisting in specialist procedures such as endodontics, orthodontics, or prosthodontics.
• Strong ability to work independently with proactive initiative in a specialist environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care.
• High attention to detail in infection control and handling specialized instruments.
• Leadership skills to mentor junior staff and maintain high clinical standards.
