Job summary

MyBracesClinic Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Dental Assistant to support dentists during treatments and help manage daily clinic operations. You will prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, maintain records, and assist patients throughout procedures.

Training will be provided; dental experience is an advantage but not required. The role offers a dynamic clinic environment with opportunities to support multiple branches and contribute to patient care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures to ensure efficient and safe treatment delivery.
• Prepare and set up dental instruments and treatment rooms to meet procedural requirements.
• Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
• Perform basic administrative tasks to support clinic operations and patient management.
• Prepare patients for treatment and provide appropriate assistance and care during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Ensure treatment rooms and clinic areas are clean, organized, and hygienic to maintain a safe environment.
• Manage stock levels and maintain dental supplies to prevent shortages and support uninterrupted clinic functions.
• Provide friendly and professional service to patients to enhance their clinic experience.
• Follow clinic infection control, safety, and hygiene procedures to protect patients and staff.
• Perform other clinic duties as required to support overall clinic efficiency and patient care.

Monday to Friday - Office Hours | Saturday - Half Day | No Night Shifts | Sundays & Public Holidays Closed
