Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in a relevant field (e.g., CS, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology).
• Proficiency in Python and R programming languages.
• Strong background in AI/ML modelling, statistics, data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for image analysis and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply novel AI/ML models and methods for analyzing LC/MS, MSI, and spatial transcriptomics data from cancer patients.
• Implement computational algorithms and benchmarking, and present results at international conferences.
