Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in a related scientific area with hands-on bioinformatics experience.
• Experience handling omics datasets including spatial transcriptomics and single-cell RNA-seq.
• Proficient in R, Python, Linux and Bash.

Responsibilities

• Develop new computational tools using AI/deep learning/machine learning/statistics on spatial and single-cell omics data.
• Independently perform computational analyses for large-scale omics and sequencing studies.
• Conceptualise ideas and develop plans for independent research in single-cell/spatial omics and related modalities.
• Write and review research papers and present outcomes.
