Job summary

You will lead initiatives spanning space technology strategy, programme development, and EO hub policies, ensuring Singapore remains globally competitive in the space sector.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology project management, research, and/or strategy in space or remote sensing industries.
• Ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary efforts across multiple technical domains.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• Visionary thinking with high tolerance for ambiguity and risk.
• Strong programme management and leadership capabilities.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to quickly grasp and deep dive into technical domains.
• Prior experience with space technology and international networks outside Singapore's space ecosystem preferred.

Responsibilities

• Space Technology Strategy and Ecosystem Analysis: maintain a pulse on national technology needs and international advancements.
• Programme Conceptualisation and Development: design ambitious research programmes to close gaps and advance capabilities.
• Management of Space Programmes and Technology Translation: manage SAP and translate STDP outputs into the ecosystem.
• Earth Observation (EO) Hub Development: develop EO Hub policies and drive EO programmes for data analytics.
