The National Space Agency of Singapore (NSAS) is seeking a capable professional to support the development and delivery of space and ground segment capabilities, enabling NSAS to generate actionable insights for government and partners. You will work on multi-year capability roadmaps, coordinate multidisciplinary workstreams, manage dependencies and risks, and translate strategic needs into concrete plans.

• Relevant experience in capability or programme development, project management and/or systems engineering.
• Experience with space systems, payloads or ground segment capabilities; familiarity with orbit analysis tools would be advantageous.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and government, industry and international partners.
