Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client consultations and tailor treatments.
Perform massage therapies (Swedish, Deep Tissue, etc.) and body/facial treatments.
Assist with hair removal where applicable and provide aftercare guidance.
Maintain clean, well-organized treatment rooms and equipment.
Educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations.
Document treatment notes and respect client confidentiality.
Collaborate with spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Respond professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues.
