Qualifications

• Hands-on spa experience required.
• Certificate or diploma in massage is an advantage.
• Physically fit to stand long hours.
• Excellent service attitude and customer care.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver massage services, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies per company standards.
• Interacts with guests to adjust techniques for comfort.
• Maintain high hygiene by cleaning areas, replacing linens, and sanitizing tools.
• Explain treatments and offer appropriate suggestions to guests.
• Ensure treatment rooms are stocked and inform supervisor of low stock.
• Check health conditions, medical history, and allergies prior to services.
