OCML SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Spa Therapist美容师 / 按摩师 to join our company outlets in Singapore. You will perform facial and massage treatments, engage customers, and drive regular retail sales while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

Applicants should hold relevant certifications, be service-minded, and flexible to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays. Training and career development are available in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Certifications from CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITE, WSQ, RP or similar are preferred.
• Able to perform facial and massage treatments professionally and safely.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly, professional and service-minded attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and continuously improve treatment and product knowledge.
• Able to commit to retail working hours, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly individual sales targets by engaging customers and promoting services.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation and records to support service quality and follow-up.
• Deliver facial and massage treatments safely and professionally according to customers' needs.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and tailor services to needs.
• Recommend and promote suitable retail products and additional services to enhance experience and sales.
• Ensure all products and services are sold at or above cost price to maintain profitability.
• Ensure customer safety during treatments by following proper procedures and precautions.
• Provide high-quality customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Keep treatment rooms and equipment clean, hygienic and sanitised according to safety standards.
• Ensure treatment rooms are stocked with necessary products and supplies.
• Guide and train new staff when required to support development and team growth.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Recommend and promote suitable retail products and additional services to enhance customer experience and sales performance.推荐及推广合适的零售产品及附加服务，以提升客户体验及销售表现。
• Ensure all products and services are sold at or above the required cost price to maintain profitability.确保所有销售的产品及服务价格不低于规定成本价，以维持公司盈利。
• Ensure customer safety during treatments by following proper procedures and taking appropriate precautions to prevent injuries or burns.严格遵守正确的操作流程及安全措施，确保客户在疗程期间的安全，防止受伤或烫伤。
• Provide consistently high-quality customer service and build long-term customer relationships.持续提供高品质的客户服务，并建立长期良好的客户关系。
• Keep treatment rooms, facilities and equipment clean, hygienic and properly sanitised according to company safety standards.按照公司安全及卫生标准，确保疗程室、设施及设备保持清洁、卫生及妥善消毒。
• Ensure treatment rooms are adequately stocked with the necessary products and supplies for uninterrupted service delivery.确保疗程室备有充足的产品及用品，以保障服务顺畅进行。
• Guide and train new staff members when required to support their development and promote team growth.根据需要指导及培训新员工，协助员工发展并促进团队成长。
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.完成管理层安排的其他临时工作。

Requirements | 任职要求

• Candidates with certifications from CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITE, WSQ, Republic Polytechnic (RP) or Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine will be preferred.优先考虑持有 CIBTAC、CIDESCO、ITE、WSQ、共和理工学院（RP）或新加坡中医学院相关证书者。
• Able to perform facial and massage treatments professionally and safely.能够专业及安全地进行美容及按摩疗程。
• Customer-oriented with a friendly, professional and service-minded attitude.以客户为导向，具备友善、专业及良好的服务态度。
