Job summary

MULTIFLORA NOIBARA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver excellent customer service at company outlets in Singapore. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable treatments while maintaining a professional image and consistent service standards.

You will build relationships, meet sales targets, and assist in daily outlet operations. The role requires English and Mandarin communication and willingness to adapt to a 5.5-day work week schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills to support sales and customer engagement.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer-oriented, confident and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Candidates from other industries are welcome to apply.
• Relevant sales, retail, customer service or beauty/wellness experience will be an advantage but is not essential.

Responsibilities
