Job summary

JHL PTE. LTD. is seeking a client-focused therapist/masseur to perform body treatments including back, shoulder and full-body massage.

You will ensure guest comfort, adhere to SOPs and maintain branch cleanliness, while handling enquiries and appointment bookings. Prior beauty service experience is an advantage, and a positive, well-groomed attitude is essential. Qualifications

• Experience in beauty services or spa treatments preferred.
• Well-groomed, hygienic and presentable at all times.
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform body treatment including back, shoulder and body massage.
• Carry out treatment according to company SOP and service standards.
• Responsible for housekeeping, maintenance and cleanliness of the branch.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests and booking of appointments.
• Able to establish long-term customer relationships.
• Related experience as a Therapist/Beautician/Masseur is an advantage.
