Job summary

PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering Singapore is seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our Spa team. You will deliver high-quality treatments and create a welcoming, rejuvenating guest experience in line with hotel standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of spa experience, certification (ITEC/CIBTEC, WSQ, CIDESCO), and strong massage and facial skills, with excellent service and teamwork. hotel environment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Spa Therapist.
• Certification in ITEC/CIBTEC, WSQ, and/or CIDESCO.
• Prior experience working in a hotel spa environment.
• Strong competency in full body massage and facial treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with high flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong team player with high levels of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of spa treatments, including full body massages and facial treatments.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and stock in therapy rooms.
• Monitor stock levels for retail products and linens.
• Maintain and report on the condition of spa facilities and equipment.
• Assist with reception duties as needed.
• Drive the sale of treatment packages and retail products.
• Schedule and follow up on client appointments.
• Support spa workshops, events and promotions.
• Relay client feedback to Management for improvement.
• Attend trainings and meetings to upgrade skills.
• Comply with hotel grooming and hygiene standards.

You will be responsible for providing consistent, high-quality spa treatments in line with our hotel standards, while contributing to a welcoming and rejuvenating environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full range of spa treatments, including full body massages and facial treatments, in accordance with treatment procedures and client-care standards

• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, hygiene and stock control in therapy rooms and the spa

• Monitor and maintain stock levels for retail/professional products and linens

• Maintain and report on the condition of spa facilities and equipment

• Assist with reception duties as needed

• Drive the sale of treatment packages and retail products

• Schedule and follow up on client appointments

• Assist in the smooth running of spa workshops, events and promotions

• Relay client feedback to Management to support continuous improvement

• Attend trainings and meetings as required and continuously upgrade your skills

• Comply with the hotel's professional grooming and hygiene standards

Requirements:
