Job summary

Marina Bay Sands invites skilled Spa Therapists to join our luxury spa team in Singapore. You will perform massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and hair care, delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining pristine spa premises.

The role requires at least 2 years of Spa Therapist experience and CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC/WSQ qualifications are an advantage. A supportive, schedule-friendly environment including weekends and holidays is offered.

Qualifications

• Secondary education preferred.
• CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC/WSQ qualifications will be an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide body massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and hair care to Spa’s guests.
• Prepare, clean and tidy spa premises and manage daily bookings.
• Check and maintain product supplies at the beginning and end of each day.
• Greet guests and assist with spa enquiries according to standards.
• Ensure guest comfort throughout treatments.

Job Responsibilities

Treatments

• Prepare, clean and tidy spa premises
• Be fully aware of the daily booking programmed and to update any changes to the reception
• Check the following day’s appointments at the end of each day and to make necessary preparations accordingly
• Provide body massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and hair care to Spa’s guests
• Check and maintain product supplies at the beginning and end of each day
• Check Spa Card carefully for specific instructions or guest requests
• Ensure guest comfort throughout the treatments

Guest Interaction

• Greet guests, offers assistance and consultation on Spa enquiries according to Banyan Tree and Forbes standards requiremen
• Ensure guest complaints or comments are directed to immediate Spa Manager to prevent further guest dissatisfaction

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Secondary education preferred
• With CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC/WSQ qualifications and other recognized certificates will be an advantage

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist

• Good interpersonal Skills. Good communication and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge

• Have enthusiasm and possess superb customer service skills

• Take pleasure in working with people and have an outgoing personality
