Your role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our business operations through process analysis, improvement initiatives, and implementation of operational solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with SOW Program team and other functional stakeholders to gather data, analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and help implement effective improvements that support business objectives

Your team

As the business analyst for the SOW Uplift Program, you will:

• Assist in analyzing current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Gather requirements through interviews, observations, and data analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
• Support and maintain process maps, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Work with SOW Program team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Participate in the testing, rollout, and monitoring of process improvements and system changes.

Your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a business analysis, operations, or process improvement role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Visio, or project management software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Familiarity with KYC and CLM process and toolset, workflow systems, and CAWB is an advantage
