Job summary

KOS International Talent Group is seeking a senior Energy Storage Solutions Architect to spearhead the core technical pillar for expansion across Southeast Asia, with priority in Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines. You will design integrated storage systems and coordinate pre-sales, bidding and project landing.

Fluent Chinese and English are required to support cross-regional collaboration; travel across key SEA markets is expected to ensure alignment with local codes, grid access standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Storage, New Energy, Power System or related majors.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in energy storage solution design.
• Proficient in Southeast Asian energy storage policies, grid codes and market dynamics.
• Fluent in Chinese and English with cross-language communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and tailor energy storage solutions for utility-scale, commercial/industrial and residential projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support pre-sales bidding, project negotiation and solution landing.
• Deeply understand Southeast Asian energy policies, local grid access standards and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Southeast Asian sales teams on proposals, bids and cost analyses.
• Liaise with R&D, production, delivery, legal and compliance to promote solution iteration and smooth progress.
