DEEN PRATA HOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare high-quality South Indian and North Indian dishes in Singapore. The role emphasizes timely meal prep, following recipes, and maintaining clean workstations.

You will handle multiple orders, use diverse cooking methods, and ensure food safety and quality while collaborating with a team. Experience with both cuisines is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• ServSafe food handling certification preferred.
• Solid knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
• Proven experience as a cook.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items.
• Cook high‑quality meals according to recipes.
• Store excess food at correct temperatures to prevent spoilage.
• Ensure portions and presentation meet standards.
• Monitor supplies and reorder stock as needed.
• Keep utensils clean and areas sanitized.
• Assist other cooks to finish orders on time.
• Resolve issues with customers’ orders efficiently.
• Follow all food health and safety regulations.
