Responsibilities

• Preparing meals and food to meet guest specifications in a timely manner.
• Measuring ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
• Ensuring staff follow standards, procedures and sanitation rules.
• Using knives and equipment (grills, ovens, steamers and warmers) safely.
• Managing kitchen inventory and ensuring high-quality, fresh supplies.
• Maintaining proper food temperatures and safe storage.
• Keeping workstations and equipment clean, organized and sanitized.
• Handling opening, closing and other side duties as directed by the Executive Chef.
