Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a Solutions & Project Executive, you'll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders — supporting projects from implementation and deployment through to ongoing operations and improvement.

This is more than just a project coordination role. You'll have the opportunity to understand client needs, support solution development, coordinate project delivery, conduct demos and training, solve operational challenges, and contribute ideas to improve operational processes and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Operations

• Support end-to-end project delivery from planning to implementation and operations
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with system setup, testing, deployment, and training
• Track project progress, performance, and KPIs
• Identify and elevate risks or issues when needed
• Maintain project documentation and status updates

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a point of contact for assigned clients
• Gather requirements and understand business needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
• Support client meetings, demos, and training sessions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Support product demos, requirements gathering, and solution discussions
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
• Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) and solution testing
• Ensure solutions align with client needs and project scope

Customer Success & Improvement

• Support users with product and operational queries
• Monitor service performance and identify improvement areas
• Analyse feedback to improve processes and workflows
• Support development of documentation and operational KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project delivery, operations, consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles (fresh graduates with relevant experience welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Notion, Metabase, or similar is an advantage
