Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a hands-on technology professional in Singapore to support CRD/COMET and related platforms. You’ll investigate production issues, coordinate with vendors, and implement enhancements while aligning with ITIL practices.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in enterprise application support, learn quickly, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly across regions. Strong CRD/COMET exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of production support or enterprise applications experience.
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly and work across regions.
• Calm under pressure with clear communication during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional investigation of CRD/COMET production issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage vendor cases with Charles River professional services and escalations.
• Develop enhancements, test readiness, and coordinate go-lives and incidents.
• Build runbooks, controls and proactive monitoring improvements.
• Enhance monitoring tooling and apply AI to speed investigations.
