Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in financial services.
• Led complex development initiatives with production services and strong emphasis on design, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional software initiatives from design through production adoption.
• Provide technical direction for solution architecture, implementation, and platform evolution.
• Drive modernization, automation, and reliability improvements.
• Define and improve coding, testing, integration, and deployment standards.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, observable, and maintainable.
• Mentor engineers and lead peer reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.
